LARGE ORIGAMI STYLED GENUINE LEATHER TOTE IN TUMERIC - HANDMADE IN CANADA BY UPPDOO
Recycled, Reused and repurposed design!
The Origami Large Leather Tote is a sustainable design made from remnants of high-quality Italian Veg-Tanned-Leather left from each production. It takes its inspiration from the Japanese art of folding paper. The bag is composed with precision-cut leather triangles formed into a fascinating pattern that looks like origami. The top upright solid brass handle ties everything together, providing not only a functional but also a beautiful aesthetic design detail. Each triangular leather piece comes from different parts of the leather, they are all slightly different in colours and grains, which makes each bag one of a kind!

Care instructions: Uppdoo's full grain natural leather is normally tanned with a sheer protective topcoat and needs very little care to maintain. It is scratch, stain and water resistant and very durable. To prevent damage to the protective finish, care should be taken to avoid any types alcohol (hand-sanitizer included), road salt, oils and corrosive materials. Most dirt or stains can be removed with a damp cloth or a baby wipe. We recommended using any clear mink oil-based leather conditioner to keep your leather well taken care of at least once every two months. Also any clear acrylic-based leather protection spray may keep the leather well protected from the weather.
Uppdoo uses full grain and natural veg-tanned leathers of the highest quality possible. They source only eco and small batched tanneries in Italy, Spain and Texas. Wherever possible they use leathers that are tanned using low-impact processes with a minimum of chemical processing. Skins are hand-chosen for quality and hand-cut to maintain their individual character. Variations in texture, pattern, spots, form and colour are normal and define the unique natural beauty of each piece.
